At Apex Liquor Store, we’re committed to safe, secure, and reliable delivery. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed, dispatched, and delivered.
2. Shipping Restrictions & Age Verification
- We deliver to Canadian addresses where permitted by law and subject to courier coverage and local regulations.
- You must be of legal drinking age to purchase alcohol. In British Columbia, alcohol is sold only to customers aged 19+.
- Alcohol deliveries may require an adult signature and valid photo ID on delivery.
- If no eligible recipient is available, delivery may be re-attempted or redirected according to the courier’s process.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Delivery availability may be limited by local rules or courier restrictions. If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we’ll notify you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
3. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery times depend on your location and the option selected at checkout.Standard delivery: typically 8–9 business days after processing.Express services: may be limited or unavailable for certain regions or order types.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
- If your order is missing or appears lost, we’ll work with the courier to investigate.
- Where applicable, orders may be insured in transit. If a loss is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the regulated nature of alcohol sales, all alcohol sales are final and we do not accept returns.
- If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
